Darwin Dippers is a local community group which runs weekly, open to the public to get down to one of the beautiful beaches, lagoons or lakes in Darwin to enjoy a sunrise, a dip in the water and a coffee at a local café!
We chat about what inspired Mae to kick off the Darwin Dippers and how it brought the ladies together to keep it going!
We also chat about how community groups build long lasting friendships, connections, networks and more importantly how good they for the soul and how great they are for your mental health.
